摘 要:为解决零售商业空间低效问题,以长沙市为研究对象,基于零售商业与快递网点变化,运用全局Moran’s I和Getis-Ord指数、低效测度公式和地理探测器等方法,对长沙市零售商业空间低效程度进行测度并揭示其成因机制,研究表明:(1)电商空间增长速度远超传统零售商业,两者均呈现典型的空间聚集分布态势;(2)低效零售商业空间呈“中心—外围”环状格局,核心圈层低效程度较低,外圈层低效程度较高;(3)低效程度受多种因素作用,其中商业条件与市场需求作用力最强,电商规模次之,空间环境与交通影响较弱。To address the issue of inefficiency in retail commercial spaces,this study takes Changsha as the research object.Based on changes in retail and express delivery outlets,this study uses global Moran’s I and Getis-Ord indices,low efficiency measurement formulas,and geographic detectors to measure the degree of low efficiency in the retail commercial space in Changsha and reveal its underlying mechanisms.The results show as follows.(1)The growth rate of e-commerce space far exceeds that of traditional retail business,and both of them exhibit typical spatial clustering distribution patterns.(2)The low efficient retail commercial space presents a“center-periphery”circular pattern,with a lower degree of low efficiency in the core circle and a higher degree of low efficiency in the outer circle.(3)The degree of low efficiency is influenced by various factors,among which commercial conditions and market demand have the strongest impact,followed by e-commerce scale,and the impact of spatial environment and transportation is relatively weak.
