摘　　要：目的 优选香加皮提取工艺,为制定香加皮的质量控制标准提供参考。方法 以杠柳毒苷、杠柳次苷、杠柳苷元、4-甲氧基水杨酸、北五加皮苷M含量和固含量的综合评分作为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇体积分数、提取时间及提取次数作为影响因素,通过Box-Behnken响应面法设计试验,优选香加皮的提取工艺,并对优选的提取工艺进行验证。结果 香加皮最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数为60%,提取时间120 min,提取3次。结论 采用Box-Behnken响应面法建立的模型相对准确,优选出的最佳提取工艺条件经验证稳定、合理、可行,可适用于香加皮提取。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Cortex Periplocae to provide reference for the development of quality control standards for Cortex Periplocae.Methods Based on the single factor test,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the experiment with the comprehensive score of periplocin,periplocymarin,periplogenin,4-methoxysalicylic acid,periplocoside M content and solid content as the evaluation index,and the ethanol volume fraction,extraction time and extraction times as the influ-encing factors,The optimized extraction process of Cortex Periplocae was optimized and verified.Results The optimal extraction process of Cortex Periplocae was as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%,the extraction time was 120 min,and the extraction times were 3.Conclusion The model established by Box-Behnken response surface method is relatively accurate,and the optimal extraction conditions are proved to be stable,reasonable and feasible,which can be applied to the extraction of Cortex Periplocae.
