艾烟联合中医调理对难治性潮湿创面的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾烟联合中医调理对难治性潮湿创面的治疗效果。方法以新疆医科大学附属中医医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的难治性潮湿创面患者共25例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式将患者分为艾烟组、中药治疗组及联合组(艾烟+中药治疗),观察三组临床疗效、创面愈合(PUSH)评分、炎性指标、并发症发生率及满意度等指标,并使用统计学方法进行比较。结果经治疗后,联合组PUSH评分低于其他两组(P<0.05);联合组C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于其他两组,且联合组CRP水平随着时间延长有显著降低的趋势(P<0.05)。联合组患者并发症发生率均低于其他两组(P<0.05),且患者满意度评分高于其他两组患者(P<0.05)。结论艾烟联合中药调理对难治性潮湿创面的愈合、炎性消退均有显著的促进作用,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of moxa smoke combined with Chinese medicine conditioning on refractory moist wounds.Methods A total of 25 patients with refractory moist wounds admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University between January 2022 and December 2023 were used as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the moxa smoke group,Chinese medicine treatment group and the combined group(moxa smoke+Chinese medicine treatment)according to the treatment modality,and the three groups were observed for clinical efficacy,PUSH score,inflammatory indexes,complication incidence and satisfaction,etc.,and were compared using statistical method for comparison.Results After treatment,the PUSH score of the combined group was lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05);The C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)of the combined group were lower than those of the other two groups,and the CRP level of the combined group tended to decrease significantly with the extension of time(P<0.05).The complication rates of patients in the combined group were lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the satisfaction scores of patients were higher than those of patients in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa smoke combined with Chinese medicine conditioning has a significant promotion effect on the healing and inflammatory subsidence of refractory moist wounds,reduces the complication rate of patients,and improves patient satisfaction.
