摘　　要：本文从临床药师参与糖尿病患者的血糖管理的模式、职业环境以及管理内容的不同等多维度,系统阐述临床药师参与糖尿病管理的方法及效果。本文检索近几年发表的国内外关于临床药师参与血糖管理的临床实践研究,并对其进行归纳总结。发现临床药师参与患者的血糖管理有助于提高患者的依从性、降低用药差错率、缩短住院时间以及提高患者的满意度。多项研究表明,临床药师参与糖尿病患者的血糖管理,有助于患者血糖的控制以及生活质量的提高,同时可以节省医疗资源,减轻患者的疾病负担。临床药师参与的多种形式的糖尿病患者血糖管理,具有较好的临床疗效,可以降低血糖水平、提高患者的生活质量。在医保疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费的背景下,临床药师参与患者血糖管理为临床合理利用医疗资源提供参考,节约医疗成本,具有较好的临床价值,有助于临床药师服务价值的体现。This paper systematically expounded the methods and effects of clinical pharmacists participation in diabetes man-agement from different aspects such as the mode,occupational environment and management content.In this paper,the clinical prac-tice studies on the participation of clinical pharmacists in blood glucose management published at home and abroad in recent years were searched and summarized,and we found that the participation of clinical pharmacists in blood glucose management of patients was help-ful to improve patient compliance,reduce medication error rate,shorten hospital stay and improve patient satisfaction.A number of studies have shown that the participation of clinical pharmacists in blood glucose management of diabetic patients is conducive to the control of blood glucose and the improvement of life quality of patients,and saving medical resources and reducing the disease burden of patients.Various forms of blood glucose management in diabetic patients with the participation of clinical pharmacists have good clin-ical efficacy,can reduce blood glucose level and improve the quality of life of patients.Under the background of medical insurance Di-agnosis Related Groups(DRGs)payment,clinical pharmacists participate in blood glucose management of patients to provide reference for rational utilization of medical resources,saves medical cost,has good clinical value,and is helpful to embody the service value of clinical pharmacists.
