摘　　要：目的推动药物利用评价(DUE)领域的规范发展。方法搜集中国知网(CNKI)自1993年1月至2023年7月已发表的国内DUE相关文献,针对年度发文量,期刊发文量分布,研究作者,机构发文量及合作网络,关键词共现聚类、突现等研究主题,采用Citespace 6.2 R2软件进行可视化分析,以探究该领域的研究趋势。结果研究时段领域内年度发文量呈上升趋势(有轻微波动);该领域的研究已形成6个较稳定的团队,但彼此间合作较少;发文最多的期刊为《中国医院》(41篇),最多的作者为宋佳伟(12篇),最多的机构有蚌埠医学院第一附属医院、亳州市人民医院、华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院(均10篇),且作者、机构间合作均较分散。关键词分析显示,领域内研究主要集中在DUE的标准制定、实施DUE的途径等方面;基于加权TOPSIS法的心血管用药、儿科用药以及抗肿瘤用药的DUE可能是未来的研究趋势。结论目前我国的DUE研究仍处于发展阶段,需要相关协会牵头制订规范的DUE程序,建立通行的评价标准,医院也应鼓励开展处方前置审核、追踪药物治疗全过程等,可促进DUE研究的进一步开展。Objective To promote the standardized development in the field of drug utilization evaluation(DUE).Methods Domestic DUE-related literature published on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1993 to July 2023 was collected.Regarding the annual publication volume,distribution of journal publications,research authors,institutional publication volume and cooperation network,research topics such as keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst,the Citespace 6.2 R2 software was used for visual analysis to explore the research trends in this field.Results During the research period,the annual publication volume in the field showed an upward trend(with slight fluctuations).Six relatively stable research teams were formed in this field,but there was little cooperation among them.The journal with the most publications was Chinese Hospitals(41 articles),the author with the most publications was Song Jiawei(12 articles).The institutions with the most publications were the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,Bozhou People's Hospital,and Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(both were 10 articles),and the cooperation among authors and institutions is relatively scattered.Keyword analysis showed that the research in the field mainly focuses on the standard-setting of DUE,the ways to implement DUE,etc.The DUE of cardiovascular drugs,pediatric drugs,and anti-tumor drugs based on the weighted TOPSIS method may be the future research trends.Conclusion Currently,the DUE research in China is still in the development stage.Relevant associations are required to take the lead in formulating standardized DUE procedures and establishing universal evaluation standards.Hospitals should also encourage the implementation of pre-prescription review and the tracking of the whole process of drug treatment,which can promote the further development of DUE research.
