药品标签设计对调配差错率的影响

摘  要:目的降低药品调配差错发生率。方法抽取医院药房中255个品规药品,统计通用名、规格、数量、有效期和内标签等标签信息,分析药品标签设计与药品调配差错的关系。结果通用名标签和剂型名标签无印刷差异;10.20%的品规字号,64.57%的规格字号,70.40%的数量字号,93.73%的有效期字号≤14号字;85.00%以上的各类标签字体颜色集中使用黑、白、蓝、绿;11.42%的规格未印刷在正面,83.92%的有效期印刷在横截面;50.00%的有效期标签使用钢印印刷;24.31%的注射液剂型在安瓿瓶上直接印刷内标签信息。结论药品标签中的通用名、剂型、规格和数量标签的字体大小、颜色和印刷位置直接影响调配差错发生率。药品标签设计应优化上述内容,降低药品调配差错发生率。Objective To decrease the incidence of drug dispensing errors.Methods A total of 255 varieties and specifications were extracted from the hospital pharmacy,the label information such as generic name,specification,quantity,expiration date,and internal label was collected to analyze the relationship between drug label design and drug dispensing errors.Results There was no printing difference between the generic name label and the dosage form name label.The word sizes of labels on the 10.20%of varieties and specifications,64.57%of specifications,70.40%of the quantity and 93.73%of the expiration date were all≤size 14.More than 85.00%of label word colors were mainly black,white,blue and green.Precisely 11.42%of specificationl labes were not printed on the front of drug box,and 83.92%of expiration date labels were printed on the cross-section of drug box.Precisely 50.00%of expiration date labels were printed by steel stamps.Precisely 24.31%of injection had internal label information printed directly on ampoules.Conclusion The word size,color,and printing position of the generic name,dosage form,specification,and quantity labels directly affect the incidence of dispensing errors.We should optimize the design of drug labels to decrease the incidence of drug dispensing errors.
