农业劳动力价格对粮食种植结构的影响

摘　　要：粮食种植结构的合理布局事关国家粮食安全问题。劳动力作为农业生产的重要因素之一,其价格不断上涨是否会对粮食种植结构产生影响值得关注。基于2007—2020年中国31个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型探究农业劳动力价格上涨对粮食种植结构的影响。结果表明:农业劳动力价格上涨显著降低粮食整体的种植比例,但在粮食种植结构内部,农业劳动力价格与马铃薯种植比例显著负相关,与小麦显著正相关,对水稻、玉米和大豆没有显著影响;农业机械化对农业劳动力价格和粮食种植结构具有显著调节作用,且能够显著弱化劳动力价格上涨对粮食种植结构的负向影响。因此,可从优化种植结构布局、提高农业机械化水平以及加强农机社会化服务供给等方面入手弱化农业劳动力价格对粮食种植结构的影响,确保中国的粮食安全。The rationalization of the structure of food cultivation is a matter of national food security.As one of the important factors of agricultural production,it is worth paying attention to whether the rising price of labor will have an impact on the grain planting structure.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2007 to 2020,a two-way fixed-effects model was used to investigate the impact of the rising price of agricultural labor on the grain planting structure.The results show that rise agricultural labor price significantly reduced the overall planting proportion of grain,but within the grain planting structure,agricultural labor price is significantly negatively correlated with the proportion of potato planting,significantly positively correlated with wheat,and has no significant effect on rice,corn and soybean;agricultural mechanization has a significant moderating effect on the price of agricultural labor and the structure of grain planting and can significantly weaken the negative effect of rising labor price on the structure of grain planting.Grain planting structure of the negative impact.Therefore,we can optimize the layout of planting structure,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and strengthen the supply of agricultural machinery socialization services to weaken the impact of labor prices on the structure of food cultivation,to ensure China's food security.
