粮食产业链价值攀升路径研究

摘　　要：中国粮食产业链目前存在从业人员对产业链价值链概念不清、价值攀升方向不明确、环节成员间合作关系不紧密、价值攀升速度慢等问题。这些问题的存在极大地阻滞了中国粮食产业链的发展。要加大对粮食产业链从业人员的教育培训力度,使其能够了解掌握产业链、供应链、价值链等重要概念内涵;建立粮食产业链发展方向以及价值攀升项目库,供环节成员选择使用;提高粮食产业链环节成员之间的合作水平,加快粮食产业链价值攀升的速度。这些对策措施的有效实施,能够提升中国粮食产业链发展水平,助力粮食安全水平提升。At present,there are problems in China's grain supply chain,such as unclear understanding of the concept of the value chain in the grain supply chain,unclear direction of value growth,not tight cooperation between members of the link,and slow value growth speed.These problems greatly hinder the development of China's grain supply chain.We should increase the education and training of personnel in the grain supply chain,so that they can understand and grasp the important concepts of the supply chain,value chain,etc.establish a project library of the development direction and value growth of the grain supply chain for link members to choose and use;improve the level of cooperation between link members to accelerate the speed of value growth in the grain supply chain.The effective implementation of these countermeasures can improve the level of development of China's grain supply chain and help improve food security.
