摘　　要：随着健康饮食理念的深入人心,稻米油作为一种健康、营养的食用油逐渐受到消费者的青睐。江西省作为中国的稻米主产区之一,具有发展稻米油产业的天然优势,呈现出产业规模迅速壮大、技术水平不断提升、市场需求稳步增长等发展优势。特别是2023年5月7日,国家稻米油产业技术创新战略联盟成立大会暨中国稻米油产业发展研讨会在江西高安召开,为我省稻米油产业发展创造了良好的发展机遇。近年来,虽然江西稻米油产业发展取得了一定成绩,但依然存在原料供应不足、技术瓶颈制约产业发展、市场竞争力弱等诸多短板。面对我国社会的主要矛盾已经发生转变和人们对粮食消费需求提档升级,要围绕产业的兴旺和消费的升级,紧紧抓住稻米油产业发展上升的机遇,加快稻米油产业的科技创新,培育壮大稻米油加工龙头企业,完善稻米油的产业链和价值链,以此加快推动江西稻米油产业高质量发展,成为我省粮食产业发展的重要引擎,为切实保障粮食安全贡献江西力量。With the concept of healthy diet deeply rooted in people's hearts,rice bran oil,as a healthy and nutritious edible oil,has gradually gained favor among consumers.Jiangxi Province,as one of the main rice-producing areas in China,has natural advantages in developing the rice bran oil industry and demonstrates development advantages such as the rapid expansion of the industrial scale,the continuous improvement of the technological level,and the steady growth of market demand.In particular,on May 7,2023,the Founding Conference of the National Rice Bran Oil Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the Symposium on the Development of China's Rice Bran Oil Industry were held in Gao'an,Jiangxi,creating a favorable development opportunity for the development of the rice bran oil industry in our province.In recent years,although certain achievements have been made in the development of the rice bran oil industry in Jiangxi,there are still many shortcomings,such as insufficient raw material supply,technological bottlenecks restricting industrial development,and market competitiveness.Facing the transformation of the principal contradiction in Chinese society and the upgrading of people's demand for grain consumption,it should focus on the prosperity of the industry and the upgrading of consumption,firmly seize the opportunity for the rising development of the rice bran oil industry,accelerate the scientific and technological innovation of the rice bran oil industry,cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises in rice bran oil processing,and improve the industrial chain and value chain of rice bran oil,so as to accelerate the high-quality development of the rice bran oil industry in Jiangxi,make it an important engine for the development of the grain industry in our province,and contribute Jiangxi's strength to effectively ensuring food security.
