摘　　要：思政建设是高校落实立德树人根本任务的需要。粮食工程专业人才助力推动粮食产业创新发展,建设粮食产业强国。在工程教育认证背景下,以培养德才兼备的高素质应用型人才为主要目标,对“粮食工程”课程教学模式的改革与实践具有重要意义。文章聚焦于粮食工程专业思政教育中存在的问题,通过对思政协同育人发展新路径、强化专业课教师思政理论水平、构建思政课程新教学体系和完善思政课程评价新机制4个方面进行研究,从而促进工程教育认证和课程思政深度融合,实现课程思政与专业课教学同向而行,为中国粮食行业培育德才兼备的高素质应用型人才。Ideological and political construction is the need for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.Grain engineering professionals help promote the innovative development of the grain industry and build a powerful food industry.Under the background of engineering education accreditation,it is of great significance to reform and practice the teaching mode of the Grain Engineering program with the main goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents who are both competent and ethical.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the ideological and political construction of grain engineering majors,and researches four aspects of the new path of the development of ideologically concerted education,strengthening the level of the ideological and political theory of teachers of professional courses,constructing a new teaching system of ideological and political courses,and perfecting a new mechanism of ideological course evaluation,to promote the in-depth fusion of the certification of engineering education and ideological of the courses and to realize that the ideological of the courses and the teaching of the professional courses are heading in the same direction to nurture.To cultivate high-quality applied talents with both virtue and talent for China's grain industry.
