摘  要:随着绿色储粮技术在全国的推广和化学药剂的使用限制,氮气气调储粮技术在粮库中广泛应用,由于大多数仓房均使用覆膜充氮气调技术,给粮食保管工作带来较大工作量。本研究在气密性较好的浅圆仓和高大平房仓两种仓型使用无覆膜充氮气调技术杀虫保粮,从充氮模式、充氮效果、成本计算等多方面分析无覆膜充氮气调技术的应用效果。结果表明,无覆膜充氮减少了劳动量,扩大了杀虫范围,满足了多种储粮设备的联合应用条件,是可以进一步研究和推广应用的储粮新技术。With the promotion of green grain storage technology nationwide and restrictions on the use of chemical agents,nitrogen controlled atmosphere technology is widely used in grain depots.Most of them use polyethylene film covering on the surface of grain pile,which results in a significant workload.The non film covered nitrogen filling technology is applied to shallow silo and large warehouse with good air tightness for controlling stored grain insect pests,the application effect of the non film covered nitrogen filling technology is analyzed from several aspects as nitrogen charging mode,nitrogen filling effect、cost calculation.The results indicate that applying the non film covered nitrogen filling technology can reduce the costs of disinsection and enhance the insecticidal effect.As a new grain storage technology,we believe that it is necessary to research and promote its application.
