跳出“历史周期律”两个答案之间的内在演进逻辑

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在毛泽东同志给出的“民主监督”这一跳出“历史周期律”第一个答案的基础上,进一步给出了第二个答案——“自我革命”。从“民主监督”到“自我革命”,实现了由外因向内因的深化;从“自我批评”到“自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高”,实现了由破向破立结合的拓展;从“不敢松懈”到“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”,实现了由治标向标本兼治的转化。与第一个答案相比,第二个答案表述更加规范、内涵更加丰富、逻辑更加严整且周延,从而实现了符合历史条件和时代要求的守正与创新。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Party,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,on the basis of the first answer of"democratic supervision"given by Comrade Mao Zedong to break out of the"historical cycle law",has further put forward the second answer—"self-revolution".From"democratic supervision"to"self-revolution",there has been a deepening from external factors to internal factors.From"self-criticism"to"self-purification,self-improvement,self-renewal,and selfenhancement",there has been an expansion from simply breaking things to a combination of breaking and establishing.From"dare not slack off"to"dare not corrupt,cannot corrupt,and do not want to corrupt",there has been a transformation from merely treating symptoms to treating both the symptoms and root causes.It is evident that compared with the first answer,the second answer is more standardized in expression,richer in connotation,and more rigorous and comprehensive in logic,thereby achieving the adherence to principles and innovation in line with historical conditions and the demands of the times.
