跨境电商综试区对中国城市运输业发展的影响

摘　　要：基于2008—2021年中国283个城市的面板数据,将设立“跨境电商综试区”试点作为一项准自然实验,运用PSM-DID模型从城市货运和客运两个维度实证检验综试区的设立对中国城市运输业发展的影响。研究结果表明,跨境电商综试区的设立显著促进中国城市客运业发展,而对城市货运业的发展则缺乏显著影响,在经过安慰剂检验和多种匹配比例检验之后仍然成立;异质性检验表明,对于收入水平较低的城市,其综试区的客运促进效应将更强。当前,消费人口流入已成为城市经济发展的重要推动力,各城市应更有针对性地发挥综试区的客运带动效应,助力城市经济的发展。Based on the panel data of 283 cities in China from 2008 to 2021,the article takes the establishment of"cross-border e-commerce pilot zones"as a quasi-natural experiment,and tests the impact of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce pilot zones on the development of China's urban transportation industry from the dimensions of urban passenger transportation and freight transportation by using the PSM-DID method.The research results indicate that the establishment of cross-border e-commerce pilot zones significantly promotes the development of China's urban passenger transport industry,while having no significant impact on the development of urban freight transport industry.This conclusion still holds true after placebo testing and multiple matching ratio tests.Heterogeneity tests indicate that for cities with lower income levels,the comprehensive pilot zone's promotion effect on passenger transport will be stronger.Currently,the influx of consumer population has become an important driving force for urban economic development.Cities should more effectively leverage the passenger transport driving effect of these pilot zones to boost urban economic growth.
