摘　　要：从系统理论视角看,以数字技术推进乡村产业高质量发展是回应乡村产业环境系统新压力,培育乡村产业系统发展新优势的客观需求,也拓展了数字技术系统应用的新场域。然而,数字技术促进乡村产业高质量发展的效果受系统内部要素结构、系统外在环境及系统互动状态的影响,无法回避系统的内在性问题、适配性问题及协调性问题。为此,应不断调试系统功能结构,增强系统适应能力;加强配套制度建设,完善数字技术赋能的环境系统;选择适宜的发展模式,推进数字技术系统与乡村产业系统协调互动,进而提升乡村产业发展的质量。From the perspective of the system theory,empowering rural industries with digital technology to achieve high-quality development is an objective necessity to respond to new pressures in the rural industrial environment system and to cultivate new competitive advantages for rural industrial development.It also expands the application field of the digital technology system.However,the effectiveness of digital technology in promoting high-quality development of rural industries is influenced by the internal element structure,the external environment and the interaction state of the system.It is impossible to avoid the endogeneity,adaptability,and coordination issues within the system.To this end,it is necessary to continuously adjust the functional structure of the system to enhance its adaptability,strengthen the construction of supporting systems to improve the systematic environment for the empowerment of digital technology,and select appropriate development models to promote the oordinated interaction between the digital technology system and the rural industrial system,thereby improving the quality of rural industrial development.
