新发展理念与体育产业高质量发展——基于长江经济带11省市的实证分析  

New Development Philosophy and High-quality Development of the Sports Industry:An Empirical Analysis Based on 11 Provinces and Cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘　　要：基于新发展理念,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个维度构建体育产业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS法测算2016—2022年长江经济带11省市体育产业高质量发展指数,采用Dagum基尼系数和Tobit模型分析体育产业高质量发展水平的地区差异及影响因素。研究发现:长江经济带体育产业高质量发展总体水平不高,各省市发展水平差异较大;体育产业在协调发展和开放发展方面成效显著,而创新发展和共享发展是制约其高质量发展的关键因素;体育产业高质量发展水平的总体差异正逐步缩小;经济发展、城镇化、技术创新、产业结构优化、社会消费、金融支持对各地区体育产业高质量发展的影响存在空间异质性。为此,长江经济带应全面把握动态演变特征,着力解决地区内非均衡问题,因地制宜调整政策,推动区域体育产业高质量发展。Based on the new development philosophy,an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the sports industry is constructed from five dimensions:innovation,coordination,green development,openness and sharing.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to calculate the high-quality development index of the sports industry in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2016—2022.The Dagum Gini coefficient and Tobit model are adopted to analyze the regional differences and influencing factors of the high-quality development level of the sports industry.The study finds that:the overall level of highquality development of the sports industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not high,with significant differences among provinces and cities;the sports industry has achieved remarkable results in coordinated development and open development,while innovative development and shared development are the key factors restricting its high-quality development;the overall differences in the high-quality development level of the sports industry are gradually narrowing;economic development,urbanization,technological innovation,industrial structure optimization,social consumption,and financial support have spatially heterogeneous impacts on the highquality development of the sports industry in different regions.Therefore,the Yangtze River Economic Belt should fully grasp the characteristics of dynamic evolution,focus on solving intra-regional imbalances,and adjust policies according to local conditions to promote high-quality development of the regional sports industry.
