嵌入乡村治理:传统文化传播的逻辑转换及功能机制——基于黄檗文化的田野调查

摘　　要：乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的关键,也是传统文化传播的时代取向。对黄檗文化发祥地的乡村田野调查显示,其传播处于脱嵌和主体悬浮状态,难以充分发挥其社会功能。在乡村治理现代化的战略背景下,黄檗文化传播应重新嵌入乡村,面向乡村治理。通过“主体—情境—对象”的乡村传播结构,黄檗文化应嵌入乡村集体记忆的建构,以及乡村自治、法治、德治等多个方面,提供互动场域和行为规范。同时,关注横向扩散和纵向延承方式,通过嵌入乡村本土文化媒介,构建起为乡村民众所共享、认同的社会关系结构,以及符合现代化精神的意义体系。通过嵌入乡村治理的传统文化传播实践,推动村民自主建设乡村社会秩序,进而维系乡村社会共同体。The revitalization of rural culture is the key to rural revitalization and also the orientation of the times for the dissemination of traditional culture.The field investigation of the birthplace of Huangbo culture shows that its dissemination is in a state of detachment and subject suspension,making it difficult to fully exert its social functions.Under the strategic background of modernizing rural governance,the dissemination of Huangbo culture should be re-embedded in rural areas and oriented towards rural governance.Through the rural dissemination structure of"subject-context-object",Huangbo culture should be embedded in the construction of rural collective memory,as well as various aspects such as rural self-governance,the rule of law,and moral governance,providing interactive spaces and behavioral norms.At the same time,attention should be paid to ways of horizontal diffusion and vertical inheritance.By embedding local cultural media in rural areas,a social relationship structure shared and recognized by rural people and a meaning system in line with the spirit of modernization should be constructed.The practice of embedding traditional culture dissemination into rural governance can promote villagers'autonomous construction of rural social order and thereby sustain the rural social community.
