摘 要:以唐山市为例,文章剖析了不同时期采煤塌陷对城市发展的影响作用。结果显示:(1)采煤塌陷问题具有层次性和区域关联性,在一定经济社会条件下,采煤塌陷面积愈发增加,其影响层次也就越高,区域关联性也越大,最终将严重阻碍煤炭城市的可持续发展;(2)城市通常根据塌陷对经济社会系统影响的严重程度来不断调节自身的行为,其现实表现就是应对不足,导致采煤塌陷地整治在时间上存在滞后性;(3)随着城市外部宏观背景和内在用地需求的变化,将塌陷地整治与城市发展相结合,可以成为资源型城市转型发展的有效途径。研究旨在探索城市发展需求对采煤塌陷地整治的影响,为中国资源型城市损毁地整治提供借鉴。The purpose of this study is to take Tangshan city as an example,analyze the influence of coal mining subsidence on urban development in different periods.The results show that:(1) The issue of coal mining subsidence exhibits hierarchical characteristics and regional interconnectivity.Under certain economic and social conditions,with the increase of coal mining subsidence areas is increasing,its influence level becomes higher,and the regional relevance becomes greater,which ultimately seriously hinders the sustainable development of coal cities.(2) Cities tend to adjust their behaviors based on the severity of subsidence's impact on their socioeconomic systems.This is reflected in inadequate responses,resulting in delays in the remediation of subsidence areas.(3) With the changes of the external macro-background and the internal land demand of the city,integrating subsidence area remediation with urban development can be an effective approach for the transformation and development of resource-based cities.This study aims to explore how urban development demand influence the remediation of coal mining subsidence areas,and provide reference for the remediation of damaged land in resource-based cities in China.
