基于三步法则的参考文献编辑加工全流程实现——以《生命科学研究》编校实践为例

摘　　要：作为科技论文的重要组成部分,参考文献引用的规范性、准确性、合理性直接关系到科技论文的学术价值。针对当前科技论文存在的形式多样的参考文献差错,本文根据《生命科学研究》的编校实践,通过将差错类型归纳为格式差错和内容差错,提出了行之有效的参考文献编辑加工三步法则:基于审校工具的格式校对-基于知识点的内容校对-基于Word比较功能的文献复核,以期为同行实现参考文献的精准、高效校对提供参考。As an important part of scientific papers,the standardization,accuracy,and rationality of references affect the academic value of scientific papers directly.Given the various forms of reference errors in scientific papers,two types of errors are summarized,including format errors and content errors,and an effective three-step rule is put forward for reference editing according to the editing practice of Life Science Research:format proofreading based on tools,content proofreading based on knowledge points,and double-check based on Word comparison function,with the hope of providing reference for peers to achieve accurate and efficient reference editing.
