在碎片化的信息海洋里点亮“学术可信灯”——以《电力系统自动化》“一体四翼”传媒体系为例

摘　　要：信任是学术信息交流的核心,科技期刊信任的第一步是发布内容经过同行评审,支持论点的可信度。网站、微信公众号、视频号等媒体上的“碎片化”信息通常未经同行评审,缺乏严谨性和可信度,但有更广泛的受众群体。因此,可以借助这些媒体,把经过同行评审的“可信”科技资源快速有效地传播到目标群体中。本文以《电力系统自动化》期刊实践为例,深度剖析了期刊“一体四翼”传媒体系架构,即以可信的期刊为“一体”,以期刊网站、微信公众号、学术会议、视频号集群平台为“四翼”,通过该传媒体系让可信的学术内容得到更广泛、快速的关注和应用,在碎片化的信息海洋里点亮“学术可信灯”。最后,阐述了《电力系统自动化》“一体四翼”传媒体系的应用效果,以及科技期刊传媒体系传播效果的提升建议。Trust stands as the cornerstone of academic information exchange.Establishing trust in scientific and technological journals necessitates initiating with the publication of peer-reviewed content,thereby underpinning the credibility of the presented arguments.Conversely,information dispersed across websites,We Chat public accounts,We Chat channels,and other media platforms is often fragmented,frequently bypassing peer review,and thus lacking precision and reliability,albeit reaching a broader audience.Leveraging these media channels,however,presents an opportunity to disseminate credible,peer-reviewed scientific and technological resources swiftly and effectively to targeted demographics.This paper delves into the architecture of the“one-body and four-wings”media promotion strategy,exemplified by the academic journal Automation of Electric Power Systems,In this framework,the trusted scientific and technological journal serves as the“one body”,while the journal's website,We Chat public account,academic conferences,and video media group platform constitute the“four wings”.The paper subsequently elucidates how this strategy can facilitate broader and faster attention and application of credible academic content,effectively illuminating the beacon of“academic integrity”within the vast sea of fragmented information.Ultimately,the paper concludes by presenting the application effects of the“one-body and four-wings”media promotion strategy employed by Automation of Electric Power Systems and proposes enhancements for media promotion schemes tailored to scientific and technological journals.
