地方高校学报服务区域高质量发展的实践与思考——以《河南师范大学学报(自然科学版)》为例

摘　　要：在新时代推动学术期刊繁荣发展的背景下,地方高校学报作为我国科技期刊金字塔的组成部分,应该在坚守办刊初心的同时找到适合自身发展的特色之路。本文以《河南师范大学学报(自然科学版)》为例,从“点、线、面”入手,系统梳理了其相关发展实践,即以服务区域高质量发展为抓手,聚焦结合国家战略与区域高质量发展,分别围绕“黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”“南水北调后续工程高质量发展”“粮食安全”主线,着力打造“两高一全”专栏、专题;同时,结合河南省“十大战略”区域高质量发展目标进行组稿约稿,强化小期刊大编辑的团队协作作用,以期刊品牌建设助力区域高质量发展。In the pursuit of fostering the prosperity and advancement of academic journals in the contemporary era,local university journals,which constitute an integral tier within China's scientific journal hierarchy,must navigate their unique developmental trajectory while steadfastly adhering to their founding principles.This study delves into the Journal of Henan Normal University(Natural Science Edition)as an exemplary case,meticulously examining its multifaceted approach to serving regional high-quality development.It focuses on the journal's integration of national strategies with regional development imperatives,establishing“two highs and one comprehensive”special issues centered around pivotal themes such as“ecological preservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,”“highquality advancement of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,”and“food security.”Furthermore,the journal has aligned its solicitation and invitation of contributions with the“Ten Strategies”for regional high-quality development in Henan Province.It has fortified its editorial team by emphasizing the role of esteemed editors within a smaller journal framework and leveraged brand construction to propel regional high-quality development.Ultimately,this analysis aims to provide a valuable reference for the high-quality progression of comprehensive academic journals affiliated with local universities.
