摘　　要：布氏杆菌病是我国重点防治的七大地方病之一,其病毒可在人畜之间流行。在我国西北、内蒙古、黑龙江等畜牧业发达地区发病率较高。当布鲁氏菌感染人体脊柱时,则发展为布氏杆菌性脊柱炎,以腰椎感染最为常见,胸椎和颈椎次之。对于布氏杆菌病的诊断,常结合流行病学史、临床表现、实验室检查及影像学即可明确。目前治疗手段主要以药物抗菌、手术清创为主。中医药作为中华文化的瑰宝,在诸多医学领域发挥了不可替代的作用。通过对已有治疗布氏杆菌病成果的综述,既可梳理相关经验,为临床提供相关助力,又可明确现有不足,为未来继续研究提供一定方向。Brucellosis is one of the seven endemic diseases that are focused on prevention and control in our country.The virus can spread among human and animal.In our northwest,Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang and other animal husbandry developed area incidence is higher.Brucellosis occurs when brucellosis infects the human spine.The lumbar spine is most commonly infected,followed by the thoracic and cervical vertebrae.The diagnosis of brucellosis is usually determined by combining epidemiological history,clinical manifestations,laboratory examination and imaging.At present,the main treatment methods are antibacterial drugs and surgical debridement.As a treasure of Chinese culture,traditional Chinese medicine has played an irreplaceable role in many medical fields.Through the review of the existing achievements in the treatment of brucellosis,we can not only sort out the relevant experience and provide relevant help for clinical practice,but also clarify the existing deficiencies and provide certain directions for future research.
