摘 要:文章旨在探讨科技创新如何引领产业创新,并分析在这一发展过程中形成的新模式、面临的核心挑战及应对策略。首先概述科技创新赋能产业创新的新兴模式,主要包括科技型创业企业主导的创新模式和平台赋能的产业融通创新模式两大类,此后深入分析了当前科技创新赋能产业发展中面临的核心困境,即人才流动机制障碍、投融资体系不完善、科技创新资源共享水平不足以及科技成果转移转化效率低等。文章提出以产学研合作为基础,通过完善人才流动机制,构建多元投资主体参与的科创金融市场,完善创新资源共享机制和创新机制,实现科技创新和产业创新的融合发展,促进科技对产业的有效赋能,推进我国现代化产业体系建设的建议。This article aims to explore how science and technology innovation leads industrial innovation,and analyze the new models formed,core challenges faced,and response strategies in this development process.The article first outlined emerging models where science and technology innovation empowers industrial innovation,mainly including innovation models led by technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises and industry integration innovation models empowered by platforms.Then,the article deeply analyzed the core challenges faced by the current technology innovation empowering industry development,namely obstacles in talent mobility mechanisms,imperfect investment and financing systems,insufficient sharing of science and technology innovation resources,and low efficiency in the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Based on this,this article proposes to use industry university research cooperation as the foundation,improve the talent flow mechanism,construct a diversified investment subject participation in the science and technology innovation financial market,improve the innovation resource sharing mechanism and innovation mechanism,achieve the integrated development of science and science and technology innovation and industrial innovation,promote the effective empowerment of science and technology to the industry,and promote the construction of China's modern industrial system.
