建党之初安徽境内首个党组织辨析——兼论安徽最早一批党组织创建中的上海元素

摘　　要：中共安庆支部和中共寿县小甸集特别支部是建党之初安徽境内几乎同时出现的两个地方党组织,其指导者和创建者分别来自上海党中央和上海大学基层党组织。对比之下,中共安庆支部不仅在成立时间上略早于中共寿县小甸集特别支部,更重要的是,中共安庆支部是由上海党中央直接派员指导建立,实际上是直属于上海党中央的安徽省级地方党组织,层级上明显高于上海大学学生党员寒假返乡自发建立的中共寿县小甸集特别支部。因此,中共安庆支部是安徽境内首个党组织。The Anqing Branch of the CPC and the Xiaodianji Special Branch of the CPC in Shou County were the first two local party organizations in Anhui at the beginning of the founding of the CPC,and their guides and founders came from the Shanghai Central Committee of the CPC and the grass-roots party organizations of the University of Shanghai,respectively.In comparison,the Anqing Branch of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)was not only established slightly earlier than the CCP Shouxian Xiaodianji Special Branch,but more importantly,it was directly guided by personnel dispatched from the Central Committee in Shanghai.In essence,it functioned as the provincial-level local party organization in Anhui Province,directly subordinate to the Central Committee in Shanghai.This positioned it at a higher organizational level than the CCP Shouxian Xiaodianji Special Branch,which was spontaneously established by student party members returning home for the winter vacation from Shanghai University.Therefore,the Anqing branch of the CCP was the first party organization in Anhui.
