摘  要:植食性昆虫食叶是森林生态系统普遍存在的现象.为了解有关亚热带常绿阔叶林不同植物叶形态和养分性状对叶虫食特征种间差异的影响,以亚热带细柄阿丁枫天然林为研究对象,比较20种优势植物叶虫食率和虫食频度的种间差异,并分析叶片性状与叶虫食特征的关系.结果发现,亚热带常绿阔叶林20种优势植物的叶虫食率(4.3%-24.2%)和总虫食频度(13%-93%)存在显著的种间差异性,且以轻度、中度叶片虫食为主.不同植物的叶表观性状和养分含量性状亦存在显著的种间差异.相关性分析发现,叶面积、鲜重、干重和叶钾含量与叶片总虫食率、总虫食频度、中度虫食频度和重度虫食频度均呈显著正相关性,而与轻度虫食频度相关性不显著;叶钠含量与叶总虫食频度、中度虫食频度存在显著负相关性.逐步多元回归分析发现,叶面积、叶钾含量和钠含量是解释叶总虫食频度的关键因子,而叶钾含量和叶面积是解释叶虫食率的关键因子,分别解释虫食频度和虫食率变异的63%和46%.本研究表明亚热带天然林不同植物叶虫食特征存在种间差异,与植物叶片形态和养分性状的种间差异性密切有关.(图4表3参34)Herbivorous insect feeding on leaves is a general phenomenon in forests.Although the characteristics of leaf herbivory have been studied in various forests,how leaf morphological and nutrient traits inffuence leaf herbivory characteristics among different species in subtropical evergreen broad-leaf forests remains unknown.This study investigated interspeciffc differences in leaf herbivory frequency and rate among 20 plant species in a subtropical Altingia gracilipes forest and tested the relationship between leaf herbivory characteristics and leaf traits.The results showed that the leaf herbivory rate(4.3%-24.2%)and total herbivory frequency(13%-93%)signiffcantly differed among plant species,with higher proportions of light and middle herbivory intensity.Leaf traits differed among plant species.Correlation analysis revealed positive correlations between total herbivory rate;total,medium,and heavy herbivory frequency;and leaf area,wet weight,dry mass weight,and leaf K concentration,however,not for light herbivory frequency.Leaf Na concentration was negatively correlated with total and middle herbivory frequencies.Furthermore,multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that leaf area and leaf K and Na concentrations were key factors,explaining 63%of the total herbivory frequency,while leaf area and K concentration explained 46%of the leaf herbivory rate.The results indicated that leaf herbivory characteristics have signiffcant interspeciffc differences in subtropical forests,which are related to varied leaf morphological and nutrient traits among species.
