目标树经营对红锥生长及根际土壤养分与酶活性的影响

摘  要:土壤养分和酶是影响林木生长的重要因素,林木生长速率可以直接反映不同经营模式实施的效果.为促进红锥大径材的经营培育,以13年生的红锥人工林为研究对象,采取目标树经营密度为60株/hm^(2)、120株/hm^(2)、180株/hm^(2)、传统间伐和不间伐5种不同处理,分析经营4年后的红锥生长及根际土壤中养分和酶的影响.结果显示:(1)与传统间伐相比,120株/hm^(2)的目标树密度显著提高了红锥4年的胸径和单株材积生长量.(2)间伐能提高红锥根际土壤养分含量及酶活性,但会导致pH值和全氮含量下降.其中目标树密度为120株/hm^(2)情况下红锥根际土壤中的有机质、速效氮、全磷、速效磷含量及过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性最高且显著高于传统间伐,分别高出23.61%、37.67%、57.89%、50.39%、14.12%、28.81%和34.21%.酸性磷酸酶活性在60株/hm^(2)的目标树密度中最高.全钾和速效钾含量在传统间伐中最高.(3)相关性分析和通径分析表明,土壤养分与土壤酶密切相关,其中有机质、速效氮、全磷和速效磷含量与胸径和材积生长量呈现出显著的正相关.综上所述,目标树经营有效释放了红锥的生长空间,有利于根际土壤养分积累和提高酶活性,从而加快红锥生长速度,其中目标树密度为120株/hm^(2)的经营效果最佳.(图3表5参45)Soil nutrients and enzymes are important factors affecting forest growth and the rate of forest growth reffects the effect of the implementation of different management models.The study of the relationship between inter-root soil nutrients and enzymes and their effects on forest growth under different target tree management densities of Castanopsis hystrix can provide a reference basis for the management and cultivation of C.hystrix large-diameter timber.This study examined a 13-year-old C.hystrix plantation forest under ffve different treatments:target tree management densities of 60 plants/hm^(2),120 plants/hm^(2),and 180 plants/hm^(2) and traditional thinning and no thinning.After four years of management,the growth of C.hystrix and the effects of nutrients and enzymes in the soil at the inter-root level were analyzed.The results showed that a target tree density of 120 trees/hm^(2) signiffcantly increased the growth of diameter at breast height and volume of lumber per plant compared to traditional thinning.Thinning can increase the nutrient content and enzyme activity of the inter-root soil of red cone,however,will lead to a decrease in pH and total nitrogen.The organic matter,available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus content,catalase,sucrase,and urease activities in the interroot soil of the C.hystrix at the target tree density of 120 trees/hm^(2) were the highest and were 23.61%,37.67%,57.89%,50.39%,14.12%,28.81%,and 34.21%higher,respectively,than those under traditional thinning.Acid phosphatase activity was highest in the target tree density of 60 plants/hm^(2),whereas total and available potassium content were the highest under traditional intercropping.In addition,correlation and path analyses showed that soil nutrients were closely related to soil enzymes,while organic matter,available nitrogen,total phosphorus,and available phosphorus had signiffcant positive correlations with diameter at breast height and volume of lumber per plant growth.
