外生菌根真菌橙黄硬皮马勃对不同难溶性磷酸盐供应水平下马尾松幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘  要:为探究马尾松幼苗与菌根真菌互作利用难溶性磷酸盐的策略,采用接种外生菌根真菌和难溶性磷酸盐供应双因素随机试验,设置接种橙黄硬皮马勃(Scleroderma citrinum,Sc)和不接菌两种处理,同时设置P0、P50、P100、P200和P500共5个难溶性磷酸盐供应水平,研究接种Sc与不接菌的马尾松幼苗在不同难溶性磷酸盐供应水平下生长与生理特性的差异.结果表明:(1)随难溶性磷酸盐供应水平的增加,马尾松幼苗的苗高、地径、根干重及总生物量增加,均在P200达到最大水平;在低水平难溶性磷酸盐(P0、P50)供应下,接种Sc后马尾松幼苗的苗高分别提高了20.80%、11.71%,地径分别提高了16.49%、13.43%(P<0.05).(2)马尾松幼苗O^(2-)、H_(2)O_(2)、SOD、POD和CAT活性随难溶性磷酸盐供应水平的增加而显著降低;在低水平难溶性磷酸盐供应下,接种Sc降低了马尾松幼苗MDA及Pro含量.本研究表明一定浓度的难溶性磷酸盐添加可以促进马尾松幼苗的生长;同时,接种橙黄硬皮马勃减轻了低水平难溶性磷酸盐供应对马尾松幼苗的氧化损伤,促进了马尾松幼苗苗高与地径生长.(图4表1参42)To explore the strategies of interaction between Pinus massoniana seedlings and mycorrhizal fungi in utilizing insoluble phosphate,a two-factor randomized trial of inoculated bacteria and insoluble phosphate supply was conducted.The experiment included two types of seedlings(inoculated and noninoculated)and five insoluble phosphate supply levels(P0,P50,P100,P200,and P500).The growth and physiological characteristics of P.massoniana seedlings inoculated with Scleroderma citrinum were studied.The results showed as follows:(1)The seedling height,ground diameter,root dry weight,and total biomass of P.massoniana seedlings increased with the insoluble phosphate supply,peaking at P200.Under the low insoluble phosphate supply(P0 and P50),the seedling height of inoculated P.massoniana seedlings increased by 20.80%and 11.71%,and the ground diameter increased by 16.49%and 13.43%,respectively(P<0.05).(2)The activities of O^(2–),H_(2)O_(2),SOD,POD,and CAT in P.massoniana seedlings decreased signiffcantly as the insoluble phosphate supply level increased.Under low insoluble phosphate levels,the MDA and Pro contents of P.massoniana seedlings were reduced after inoculation with S.citrinum.In conclusion,a certain concentration of insoluble phosphate effectively promote the growth of P.massoniana seedlings.At the same time,inoculation with S.citrinum alleviates the oxidative damage caused by low level of insoluble phosphate supply,thereby enhancing the seedling height and ground diameter growth of P.massoniana seedlings.
