摘 要:目的:探究不同比例益生菌对伊拉肉兔生长性能、消化性能以及经济效益的影响。试验选择200只初始体质量接近、身体健康的7周龄兔,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,对照组提供清水,3个试验组分别在饮水中添加0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L益生菌,试验期28 d。结果:与对照组相比,添加0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L益生菌组的肉兔末重分别提高3.20%、5.27%、3.36%(P<0.05),平均日增重提高5.54%、9.30%、5.51%(P<0.05),料重比降低4.93%、8.45%、4.46%(P<0.05),腹泻率降低13.53%、51.49%、29.86%(P<0.05)。不同试验组酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05);添加1.0 mg/L组肉兔干物质、粗纤维表观消化率分别提高9.32%、10.47%(P<0.05);粗蛋白质表观消化率增量接近,添加0.5 mg/L组最高,提高8.30%(P<0.05);添加1.5 mg/L组肉兔中性洗涤纤维表观消化率提高13.91%(P<0.05)。添加1.0 mg/L组的肉兔毛利润最高,比对照组提高35.40%(P<0.05)。结论:在饮水中添加不同比例益生菌对肉兔的生长性能和消化性能均有不同程度的改善,同时达到了提高经济效益的目的,在本试验中最佳添加量为1.0 mg/L。Objective:To investigate the effects of different proportions of probiotics on growth performance,digestive performance and economic benefit of Ila meat rabbits.A total of 200 healthy 7-week-old Ila rabbits with close initial body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 rabbits per replicate.The control group was provided with clean water,and the three experimental groups were provided with drinking water supplemented with 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/L probiotic additives,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.Result:Compared with the control group,the final weight of meat rabbits in the 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 mg/L probiotics groups was increased by 3.20%,5.27%and 3.36%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain was increased by 5.54%,9.30%and 5.51%(P<0.05),respectively.The ratio of feed to gain was decreased by 4.93%,8.45%and 4.46%(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was decreased by 13.53%,51.49%and 29.86%(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber among different experimental groups(P>0.05);The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber in 1.0 mg/L group was increased by 9.32%and 10.47%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein increased by 8.30%in 0.5 mg/L group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in 1.5 mg/L group was increased by 13.91%(P<0.05).The gross profit of meat rabbits in 1.0 mg/L group was the highest,which was 35.40%higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The growth performance and digestive performance of meat rabbits can be improved by adding different proportions of probiotics to drinking water,and the purpose of improving economic benefits can be achieved at the same time.The optimal proportion of probiotics added in this experiment is 1.0 mg/L.
