摘 要:为探究金霉素联合多黏菌素对肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌效果。试验采用Kirby-Bauer(K-B)药敏实验、微量稀释法和生长曲线评价金霉素与多黏菌素联用对肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌效果。结果显示,与单独加药组相比,金霉素与多黏菌素联合用药组抑菌圈直径显著增大,表明两者联用具有协同抗菌作用;微量稀释法结果显示,联合用药能够降低肺炎克雷伯菌对金霉素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);生长曲线结果同样显示,多黏菌素使肺炎克雷伯菌迟缓期延长2 h,联合用药组导致肺炎克雷伯菌迟缓期延长8 h,即联合用药对肺炎克雷伯菌的生长抑制作用显著。结果表明,金霉素联合多黏菌素对肺炎克雷伯菌具有良好的抑菌效果。说明试验可为临床防治肺炎克雷伯菌的感染提供新思路。In order to explore the antibacterial effect of chlortetracycline combined with polymyxin on Klebsiella pneumoniae.In this study,Kirby-Bauer(K-B)susceptibility test,microdilution method and growth curve were used to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial effect of chlortetracycline combined with polymyxin on Klebsiella pneumoniae.The results showed that compared with the single drug group,the diameter of the inhibition zone of the combination group of chlortetracycline and polymyxin was significantly increased,indicating that the combination of the two had a synergistic antibacterial effect.The results of microdilution method showed that the combination therapy could reduce the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Klebsiella pneumoniae to chlortetracycline.The results of the growth curve also showed that polymyxin prolonged the lag phase of Klebsiella pneumoniae by 2 h,and the combined drug group prolonged the lag phase of Klebsiella pneumoniae by 8 h,that is,the combined drug had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Klebsiella pneumoniae.The results showed that chlortetracycline combined with polymyxin had good antibacterial effect on Klebsiella pneumoniae.This experiment can provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection.
