摘　　要：大国战略博弈背景下全球地缘政治冲突的展开与持续、全球化的重构和世界经济趋缓都是国际经贸环境变化的表征。美国等西方国家国际经济理念的变化折射出这种环境还有相当的形塑空间。而特朗普重新执政带来的冲击会使其固有的理念进一步深化和具象化。在一个充满风险与动荡的世界,塑造良好的外部经贸环境仍然求其在我。The development and continuation of global geopolitical conflicts,the reconstruction of globalization and the slowdown of the world economic growth under the background of the strategic game of great powers all represent the changes of the international economic and trade environment.The changes in the international economic philosophy of the United States and other western countries reflect that there is still considerable room for shaping this environment.And the shock of Trump's return to office will deepen and crystallize his old ideas.In a world full of risks and turbulence,it is still up to us to shape a sound external economic and trade environment.
