摘 要:采用有限元方法的电磁-热耦合技术,建立了液压缸筒内壁高频感应熔覆铜合金的温度场模型,研究了其温度场的分布和影响因素,并通过实际感应熔覆试验对所提数值模型进行了冶金结合处显微组织观察与硬度等性能参数的验证。结果表明,在感应熔覆铜合金过程中,电流大小、频率和感应加热时间对缸筒内壁高频感应熔覆铜合金温度场的分布有明显影响。在电流为3500 A、频率为200 KHz、加热时间4 s的工况下对缸筒基体热影响最小,熔覆层和基体的冶金结合良好,无过烧与气孔缺陷。The temperature field model of high-frequency induction cladding copper alloy on the inner wall of hydraulic cylinder was established by using the electromagnetic thermal coupling technology of finite element method.The distribution and influence factors of the temperature field were studied.The performance parameters such as metallurgical joint,microstructure observation and hardness were verified by the actual induction cladding test.The results show that in the process of induction cladding copper alloy,the current,frequency and induction heating time have obvious effects on the temperature field distribution of high frequency induction cladding copper alloy on the inner wall of cylinder.Under the working conditions of 3500 A current,200 KHz frequency and 4 s heating time,the thermal impact on the cylinder barrel matrix is minimal,the metallurgical bonding between the cladding layer and the matrix is good,and there are no over burning and porosity defects.
