摘 要:针对航空不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV氮碳共渗后心部与表面间存在明显硬度差,易造成零件渗层脱落剥离的问题,采取真空退火工艺形成氮碳共渗扩散层,增强零件表层韧性,显著提高试样质量。借助金相显微镜、显微硬度计、激光共聚焦显微镜对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢的微观组织、性能以及表面质量进行观察分析,通过电子探针分析测定表层至心部方向上的元素分布特征。结果表明,渗层与基体之间能够形成约18μm的化合物层,真空退火处理使N、C元素分布梯度更平缓,减缓表层与基体之间的硬度差异。1Cr11Ni2W2MoV在590℃下退火处理90 min,可使渗层过渡更为均匀,组织稳定性及表面质量更佳,起到降脆增韧的作用。In view of obvious hardness difference between the heart and the surface of aviation stainless steel,which is easy to cause the peeling of the parts,the vacuum annealing process was adopted to form the nitrogen and carbon co-seepage diffusion layer to enhance the toughness of the part surface and significantly improve the sample quality.The microstructure,properties and surface quality of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel were observed and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,microhardness tester and laser confocal microscope.The element distribution characteristics in the direction from the surface layer to the core were determined by electron probe analysis.The results show that a compound layer of 18μm thickness can be formed between the infiltrated layer and the substrate,and the vacuum annealing treatment makes the distribution gradient of N and C elements more gentle and reduces the hardness difference between the surface layer and the substrate.Annealing treatment at 590℃ for 90 min of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel can make the permeability transition more uniform,mircrostructure stability and surface quality better,which plays the role of reducing embrittlement and toughness.
