摘 要:研究了Fe-10Ni-10Cr-xAl-1Si(x=0,2,4,6wt%)合金在1000℃和10^(-20)atm氧气压力下的氧化行为,通过循环氧化实验测试了其高温抗氧化性。结果表明,当不添加铝时,氧化合金表面形成连续的Cr_(2)O_(3)膜,最外层为少量FeCr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石,内层为树枝状SiO_(2);当添加2wt%Al时,Al_(2)O_(3)在SiO_(2)内侧生长,SiO_(2)量减少;当添加4wt%Al时,氧化膜的结构与添加2wt%Al时相似,氧化程度加深,表现为氧化膜厚度增加,Al_(2)O_(3)以树枝状形式存在;当Al含量为6wt%时,在合金表面形成连续且完整的Al_(2)O_(3)膜。未经预氧化和预氧化5 h后的样品在1000℃下氧化300 h,未经预氧化处理的合金氧化增重较大,添加铝的合金经预氧化处理后氧化增重显著降低。添加6wt%Al的试样单位面积增重最小,耐高温氧化性能最好。其中,Al_(2)O_(3)膜起到了阻止氧气进入合金的作用。The oxidation behavior of Fe-10Ni-10Cr-xAl-1Si(x=0,2,4,6wt%)alloy at 1000℃ and 10^(-20) atm oxygen pressure was studied,and its high temperature oxidation resistance was tested by cyclic oxidation experiment.The results show that when Al is not added,a continuous Cr_(2)O_(3)film form on the surface of the oxidized alloy,there are a small amount of FeCr_(2)O_(4)spinel in the outermost layer and dendritic SiO_(2)in the inner layer.When 2wt%Al is added,Al_(2)O_(3)grows on the inner side of SiO_(2)and SiO_(2)content decreases.When 4wt%Al is added,the structure of the oxide film is similar to that when 2wt%Al is added,the oxidation degree is deepened,which is manifested in the increase of the thickness of the oxide film,and Al_(2)O_(3)exists in dendritic form.When the amount of Al is 6wt%,a continuous and complete Al_(2)O_(3)film form on the alloy surface.The samples without pre oxidation and after 5 h of pre oxidation are oxidized at 1000℃for 300 h.The oxidation weight gain of the alloy without pre oxidation is more,and the oxidation weight gain of the alloy added with Al significantly reduce after pre oxidation treatment.The weight gain per unit area of the sample added with 6wt%Al is smallest and the high-temperature oxidation resistance is best.Among them,Al_(2)O_(3)film plays a role in preventing the oxygen from entering into the alloy.
