摘 要:高氮不锈钢具有优异的力学性能和化学性能。氮在钢中溶解度较低,可通过增加氮气分压和调节合金成分,增加氮在钢中的溶解度。采用50 kg真空感应炉+电渣重熔炉的方法,通过增加铬、锰含量在氮分压为80 kPa下成功冶炼出氮含量为0.5%的Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo-N不锈钢;并采用不同的热处理对实验钢的性能进行研究,对屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率和断后伸长率进行了测试。结果表明,其热轧后屈服强度为885.5 MPa、抗拉强度为1123 MPa、断后伸长率为26.0%、断面收缩率为53.3%、强塑积为28.1 GPa·%;经1000℃固溶保温水冷后屈服强度518.0 MPa、抗拉强度为926 MPa、断后伸长率为36.5%、断面收缩率为65.0%、强塑积为33.1 GPa·%。对热轧后和保温水冷后数据进行对比,热轧后未经保温强度较高,经保温水冷后塑性更好、强塑积更高综合力学性能更好。High nitrogen stainless steel has excellent mechanical and chemical properties.The solubility of nitrogen in the steel is low,which can be increased by increasing nitrogen partial pressure and adjusting alloy composition.Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo-N stainless steel with nitrogen content of 0.5%was successfully smelted by the method of 50 kg vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting furnace by increasing the content of chromium and manganese at the nitrogen partial pressure of 80000 Pa.Then different heat treatments were used to study the properties of the test steel,and the yield strength,tensile strength,section shrinkage and elongation rate after fracture were tested.The results show that the yield strength after hot rolling is 885.5 MPa,the tensile strength is 1123 MPa,the elongation after fracture is 26.0%,the section shrinkage is 53.3%,and the product of strength and plasticity is 28.1 GPa·%.The yield strength is 518 MPa,the tensile strength is 926 MPa,the elongation after fracture is 36.5%,the section shrinkage is 65.0%,and the product of strength and plasticity is 33.1 GPa·%.By comparing the data of the sample steels after hot rolling and heat treatment,it is found that after hot rolling,the strength without heat preservation is higher,and after heat treatment,the plasticity and strong plastic product are better and the comprehensive mechanical properties are better.
