摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对喷射成型制备的全等轴晶高镁5XXX系铝合金进行等温热压缩试验,研究了全等轴晶高镁5XXX系铝合金在变形温度350~500℃、应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)条件下的热变形行为。同时,基于Arrhenius双曲正弦本构模型、动态材料模型及Prasad理论建立了全等轴晶高镁5XXX系铝合金的本构方程以及热加工图。结果表明,喷射成型全等轴晶技术制备的高镁5XXX系铝合金与传统半连续铸造铝合金的热变形行为基本相似,但存在比传统铸造合金更大区域的加工失稳区,并通过计算获得试验合金的热压缩变形激活能为201.548120 kJ/mol,最佳热加工工艺参数为457~477℃、0.175~1.872 s^(-1)。The Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine was used to conduct isothermal compression tests of fully equiaxed high magnesium 5XXX aluminum alloy prepared by spray forming.The thermal deformation behavior of fully equiaxed high magnesium 5XXX aluminum alloy was studied under deformation temperature of 350-500℃and strain rate of 0.01-10 s^(-1).Meanwhile,based on the Arrhenius hyperbolic sine constitutive model,dynamic material model and Prasad theory,the constitutive equation and hot processing map of fully equiaxed high magnesium 5XXX aluminum alloy were established.The results show that the hot deformation behavior of the high magnesium 5XXX series aluminum alloy prepared by spray forming full equiaxed technology is basically similar to that of the traditional semi-continuous casting aluminum alloy,but there is a processing instability zone with a larger area than that of the traditional casting alloy.Through calculation,the hot compression deformation activation energy of the test alloy is 201.548120 kJ/mol,and the optimal hot working process parameters should be 457-477℃,0.175-1.872 s^(-1).
