摘 要:研究了铸造过程中机械振动对AlSi6Cu3合金铸件显微组织和力学性能的影响,机械振动振幅为5、10、15和20μm,恒定振动频率为1000 Hz。将振动条件下所得结果与静态条件下所得结果进行了比较,对比了不同凝固条件制备试样的显微组织、力学性能测试和断口扫描电镜图像,研究了AlSi6Cu3合金试样的综合性能。结果表明,不同振幅的机械振动使AlSi6Cu3合金获得不同程度的晶粒细化;机械振动的加入使得铸件的显微硬度得到提高,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均呈现升高的趋势;在所有不同机械振动幅度测试条件下,1000 Hz和5μm振幅的振动条件提供了最好的改善结果;AlSi6Cu3合金拉伸断口为韧窝和解理的混合型断口。The effects of mechanical vibration on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi6Cu3 alloy during casting were studied.The mechanical vibration amplitudes were 5μm,10μm,15μm and 20μm,and the constant vibration frequency was 1000 Hz.The results obtained under vibration conditions were compared with those obtained under static conditions.The microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture scanning electron microscopy images of the samples prepared under different solidification conditions were compared.The comprehensive properties of AlSi6Cu3 alloy samples were studied.The results show that different amplitudes of mechanical vibration make AlSi6Cu3 alloy obtain different degree of grain refinement.With the addition of mechanical vibration,the micro-hardness of the casting is increased,and the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy are all increased.In all the different mechanical vibration amplitude test conditions,1000 Hz and 5μm vibration conditions provide the best improvement results.The tensile fracture of AlSi6Cu3 alloy is a mixture of dimple and cleavage.
