摘 要:利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和室温拉伸试验研究了Cu对ZL114A合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Cu抑制ZL114A合金中GP区、β''相和β'相的形成,但在合适的时效制度和合理Cu含量的条件下,ZL114A合金中出现θ''相,实现β''和θ''双析出相强化。当时效工艺为180℃/8 h时,添加0.54wt%Cu后,ZL114A合金的抗拉强度由350 MPa增加到384 MPa,屈服强度由310 MPa增加到338 MPa,伸长率由2.5%减少到2.2%。添加Cu后,ZL114A合金的流动性降低,在利用Cu提高ZL114A合金强度时,Cu含量不宜太高。The effects of Cu on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114A alloy were studied by transmission electron microscope(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and room temperature tensile test.The results show that Cu inhibits the formation of GP zones,β''andβ'phases.However,under the conditions of appropriate aging system and reasonable Cu content,there isθ''phase in ZL114A alloy,realizingβ''andθ''double precipitated phase strengthening.When the aging system is 180℃/8 h and 0.54wt%Cu is added,the tensile strength of ZL114A alloy increases from 350 MPa to 384 MPa,the yield strength increases from 310 MPa to 338 MPa,and the elongation decreases from 2.5%to 2.2%.After adding Cu,the fluidity of ZL114A alloy decreases.When using Cu to improve the strength of ZL114A alloy,the Cu content should not be too high.
