摘　　要：标准化、规范化的模式动物模型共享资源库建设已成为推动长三角地区生命科学和生物医药产业发展的关键因素。深入分析模式动物模型目前发展的规模及现有资源库建设的局限性,阐明共享资源库标准化建设的重要性和紧迫性,提出通过规范性、标准化管理流程建设及可持续发展,建立科学评估、开放共享管理新范式。共享资源库的建成将在社会科技资源整合和共享、应对重大突发公共卫生事件和生物医药创新发展等方面具有重要的推动作用。The construction of a standardised and regulated animal model resource open repository has become a key element to leverage life science and biopharmaceutical industry development in Yangtze River Delta region.By analyzing the current development scale of model animal model and the limitation of existing resource base construction,the importance and urgency of standardization construction of shared resource base are expounded,and a new paradigm of scientific evaluation and open sharing management is proposed through standardization and standardization management process construction and sustainable development.The establishment of animal model open repository will play a very important role in promoting scientific and technological resource integration and sharing,improved reaction to major public health emergencies and biomedical innovation.
