摘 要:随着异种金属复合结构件的应用日益广泛,铜/钢的焊接方法在工程应用中显得尤为重要。由于高能束焊接具有焊缝深宽比大、精确可控的聚焦方式以及焊件热变形小等优点,成为异种金属材料焊接领域的研究热点。在铜/钢异种金属焊接特点的分析基础上,综述了国内外铜/钢异种金属电子束焊接与激光焊接两方面的研究现状,归纳总结了研究中出现的问题及解决方法,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。With the wide application of dissimilar metal composite structural parts,the welding method between copper and steel is particularly important in engineering application.High energy beam welding has become a hot spot in the field of dissimilar metal welding due to its advantages such as high aspect ratio,accurate and controllable focusing mode and small thermal deformation of weldments.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of copper and steel dissimilar metal welding,the research status of electron beam welding and laser welding of copper/steel dissimilar metals in China and foreign countries was summarized.The problems and solutions in the research were concluded,and the future development trend was prospected.
