摘  要:钎焊作为陶瓷与金属结合的常用方法,已广泛应用于航空航天、微电子等领域。但是由于两者性质的差异,钎焊接头中会产生残余应力,影响接头的力学性能。因此如何控制残余应力就成为影响钎焊接头性能的关键。本文综述了陶瓷与金属连接的钎焊方法,介绍了钎焊接头残余应力的影响与残余应力的检测方法,并分析了缓解钎焊接头残余应力的不同方法。As a common method of combining ceramics and metals,brazing has been widely used in aerospace,microelectronics and other fields.However,due to the difference in the properties of the two materials,residual stress occurs in the brazing joint,which affects the mechanical properties of the joint,so how to control the residual stress has become the key to the brazing joint.The brazing method for ceramic and metal connection was reviewed,the influence of residual stress of brazing joint and the detection method of residual stress were introduced,and different methods to alleviate residual stress of brazing joint were analyzed.
