摘 要:镁合金作为低密度金属结构材料,在轻量化方面有着巨大应用前景。然而,合金在室温下成形能力较差,如何改善镁合金室温成形性是当前的重要问题。总结了当前镁合金基面织构对室温成形性能影响的研究进展,深入分析了弱化镁合金的强基面织构或改变织构类型的影响规律。从调控基面织构以改善镁合金室温成形性能出发,阐明了添加合金元素对改变镁合金的织构取向的机理,探究了控制加工工艺参数来细化晶粒以削弱基面织构的作用,最后对镁合金的未来发展方向进行了展望。Magnesium alloy,as a low-density metal structural material,has a great application prospect in lightweight,but the formability of magnesium alloy at room temperature is poor,so how to improve the formability of magnesium alloy at room temperature is an important problem at present.The current research progress on the effect of basal texture on the room temperature formability of magnesium alloy was mainly summarized,and the influence law of weakening the strong basal texture or changing the type of texture of magnesium alloy was deeply analyzed.Based on the fact that adjusting the basal texture to improve the formability of magnesium alloy at room temperature,the mechanism of adding alloy elements to change the texture orientation of magnesium alloy was expounded,and refining the grains to weaken the basal texture by controlling processing parameters was explored.Finally,the future development direction of magnesium alloy was prospected.
