摘 要:研究了不同温度时效热处理对激光重熔Mo_(0.5)NbTiVCr_(0.25)高熵合金涂层微观组织和维氏硬度的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射仪(EBSD)和维氏硬度机对重熔涂层和重熔热处理涂层进行微观组织和显微硬度测试。结果表明:重熔涂层经时效热处理后微观组织的变化不明显,仍以枝晶结构为主。该重熔涂层经时效热处理后晶粒的尺寸有所增加,在时效800℃及以上的温度,有含Ti析出相。经时效热处理后,涂层的硬度整体随温度升高呈下降趋势。The effects of aging at different temperatures on the microstructure and Vickers hardness of laser remelted Mo_(0.5)NbTiVCr_(0.25) high-entropy alloy coatings were investigated.The microstructure and microhardness of the remelted coatings and remelting heat-treated coatings were tested using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and Vickers hardness machine.The results show that the changes of microstructure of remelted coatings after aging heat treatment are not obvious and still dominated by dendritic structure.The size of the grains of the remelted coating increases after the aging treatment,and there is Ti-containing precipitation phase at the aging temperature of 800℃and above.The hardness of the coatings shows an overall decreasing trend with the increase of the temperature after the aging heat treatment.
