脉冲磁场时效对A356铝合金组织和性能的影响

摘  要:利用脉冲磁场技术研究A356铝合金的快速T6热处理工艺,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电子拉伸机对时效处理后的铝合金组织形貌和力学性能进行分析,旨在兼顾力学性能并提高工厂生产效率。结果表明:在时效期间施加脉冲磁场,发现铝合金的二次枝晶臂间距(SDAS)、析出相尺寸和共晶Si尺寸都比常规时效和工厂T6热处理明显改善。磁场时效70 min铝合金的抗拉强度为330 MPa,无磁场时效70 min铝合金的抗拉强度为260 MPa,工厂时效250 min铝合金的抗拉强度为328 MPa。在保证合金强度的前提下,脉冲时效能使时效时间缩短180 min。The rapid T6 heat treatment process of A356 aluminum alloy was investigated using pulsed magnetic field technology.The morphology and mechanical properties of the aging treated aluminum alloy were analyzed using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and electron stretching machine.The aim is ensuring the mechanical properties and improving the factory production efficiency.The results show that the secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS)and eutectic Si size of the aluminum alloy are significantly lower than those of conventional aging and factory T6 heat treatment by applying the pulsed magnetic field during aging.The tensile strength of aluminum alloy with magnetic field aging for 70 min is 330 MPa,without magnetic field aging for 70 min is 260 MPa,and the tensile strength of aluminum alloy with factory aging for 250 min is 328 MPa.Pulse aging can shorten the aging time by 180 min while ensuring the strength of the alloy.
