摘 要:织物复合材料相较于传统单向层合板复合材料具有更优异的抗冲击损伤性能,被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、船舶等工业领域。基于微观力学失效理论,对平纹织物在拉伸载荷作用下的力学行为进行多尺度研究。从微观代表性体积单元模型中提取应力放大因子研究介观平纹织物模型,通过ABAQUS平台耦合UMAT子程序实现结构强度预测和损伤失效分析,并对平纹织物复合材料拉伸试验进行模拟分析。结果表明,基体失效最早出现在纬向纤维束,纤维失效集中出现在经向纤维束的卷曲区位置。模拟分析与实验结果具有良好的一致性。Compared with traditional unidirectional laminates,woven composites have better impact resistance,which are widely used in aerospace,automotive,shipbuilding and other industrial fields.Based on the failure theory of micromechanics,the mechanical behavior of plain woven composites under tensile load was studied at multi-scale.The stress amplification factor was extracted from the representative volume element model to study the mesoscopic plain woven model,and the structural strength prediction and damage failure analysis were realized through ABAQUS platform coupled with UMAT subroutine.The tensile test of plain woven composites was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the matrix failure first appears in the weft fiber bundle,and the fiber failure concentrates in the crimp zone of the warp fiber bundle.The simulation analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results.
