TiC含量对钴基复合涂层组织与磨损性能的影响

摘  要:利用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了不同含量的TiC增强钴基复合涂层,利用金相显微镜对熔覆层的组织结构进行了观察,并对熔覆层进行了硬度及磨损性能测试。结果表明:不同TiC含量得到的钴基复合涂层表面成型均较平整。TiC增强钴基复合涂层的显微组织主要呈现为较规则的枝晶组织及大小各异、形状不规则的第二相TiC颗粒。随着TiC质量分数的提高,熔覆层截面的第二相数量不断增加,当TiC质量分数为40wt%时,整个涂层几乎被第二相颗粒所均布占满,熔覆层开裂倾向加大。当TiC质量分数不大于20wt%时,硬度稍低,平均硬度范围介于510~570 HV;当TiC质量分数为30wt%时,硬度提升至650~700 HV;当TiC质量分数为40wt%时,硬度最高可提升至840 HV。熔覆层的耐磨性随着TiC质量分数的提高而提升,但当TiC质量分数为40wt%时,耐磨性有所下降。Different TiC contents reinforced Co matrix composite coatings were prepared on the surface of 45 steel by laser cladding technology.The microstructure of the coatings was observed by metallographic microscope,the hardness and wear properties of the coatings were tested.The results show that,the surface forming of Co-based composite coatings with different TiC content is smooth.The microstructure of TiC reinforced Co matrix composite coating is mainly regular dendrite structure and the second phase TiC particles with different sizes and irregular shapes.With the increase of TiC mass fraction,the number of the second phase in the cladding layer section increases continuously.When the TiC mass fraction is 40wt%,the whole coating is almost uniformly filled by the second phase particles,and the cracking tendency of the cladding layer increases.When the TiC mass fraction is less than 20wt%,the hardness is slightly lower,and the average hardness ranges from 510 HV to 570 HV.When the TiC mass fraction is 30wt%,the hardness increases to 650-700 HV.When the TiC mass fraction is 40wt%,the hardness can be increased up to 840 HV.The wear resistance of the cladding layer also increases with the increase of TiC mass fraction.However,when the TiC mass fraction is 40wt%,the wear resistance decreases.
