摘 要:采用金相显微镜、透射电镜、硬度测试和拉伸试验研究了铸态、均匀化态和480℃不同变形量热轧的Al-2.5Cu-2.0Li-0.1Sc合金的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明:铸态Al-2.5Cu-2.0Li-0.1Sc合金组织为粗大的枝晶和大量的非平衡共晶相,偏析现象严重。经过510℃×24 h均匀化退火后,合金的枝晶组织减少,偏析明显改善。变形量62.5%轧制的合金组织为纤维状,未发生再结晶。轧制变形量增加到70.0%时,合金发生动态再结晶,晶粒呈等轴状,组织细化明显。随着轧制变形量的增加,合金的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐升高,伸长率先升高后降低,轧制变形为70.0%的合金的伸长率最大,为19.4%。The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-2.5Cu-2.0 Li-0.1Sc alloy in as-cast state,homogenized state and hot rolled at 480℃with different deformation were studied by means of metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope,hardness test and tensile test.The results show that the microstructure of as-cast Al-2.5Cu-2.0Li-0.1Sc alloy consists of coarse dendrites and a large number of non-equilibrium eutectic phases,and the segregation phenomenon is serious.After homogenizing annealing at 510℃×24 h,the dendrite structure of the alloy decreases and segregation is improved obviously.The microstructure of 62.5%rolled alloy is fibrous and no recrystallization occurs.When the rolling deformation is increased to 70.0%,dynamic recrystallization takes place,the grains are equiaxed and the microstructure is refined obviously.With the increase of rolling deformation amount,the hardness,tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase gradually,and the elongation increases first and then decreases.The elongation of the alloy with the rolling deformation of 70.0%is the maximum of 19.4%.
