摘  要:为了解决相控阵雷达有源TR模块测试系统状态切换时间长、多波位测试效率不高、系统可扩展性差等问题,提出一种基于CPCI总线的以FPGA为核心,以高速读取接口和存储单元为外围的雷达有源TR模块测试系统.实际应用表明,该测试系统通过分级控制,可实现一键指标测试;采用硬件电路设计、波控单机和时序控制编码规则可扩展设计,可实现对相控阵雷达有源TR模块多模式的测试控制和测试状态的高效、实时、准确的监测与测试.In order to solve the problem of long state-switching time,low efficiency of multi-wave position test and poor system expandability in the test system of active TR modules in phased-array radar,this paper proposes a CPCI bus-based test system of radar active TR module with FPGA as the core and high-speed reading interface and memory unit as the periphery.The actual application shows that the proposed test system realizes one-key index test by means of grading;using the design of hardware circuit for expandable and the design of expandable wave control single-machine and timing control coding rules can realize efficient,real-time and accurate monitoring and testing of multimodal test control and test state of the active TR module of phased-array radar.
