摘 要:目的 探讨行为阶段护理联合同伴教育对尿毒症血液透析患者的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年1月九江市第一人民医院血液透析室收治的90例尿毒症血液透析患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组行血液透析常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加行为阶段护理联合同伴教育。比较两组负性情绪、自护能力。结果 干预3个月后,观察组焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组(t=4.631,P<0.001;t=7.843,P<0.001),自护能力评分高于对照组(t=10.700,P<0.001)。结论 行为阶段护理联合同伴教育可减轻尿毒症血液透析患者的负性情绪,提高患者自护能力。Objective To explore the effect of behavioral stage nursing combined with peer education on patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods Ninety patients with uremic hemodialysis and admitted to the hemodialysis room of Jiujiang first people′s hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 45,according to a random number table.Both groups received routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with behavioral stage nursing and peer education.After 3 mouths of the intervention,the psychological status and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3-month intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=4.631,P<0.001;t=7.843,P<0.001),while the score of self-care ability was significantly higher than the latter(t=10.700,P<0.001).Conclusion Behavioral stage nursing combined with peer education can alleviate negative emotions,and improve the self-care ability.
