摘　　要：目的 编制妇科腹腔镜术后患者舒适状况量表,并检验其信效度。方法 以简易舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire, GCQ)为基础,经过德尔菲专家函询、预调查形成初始量表。于2023年10月-2024年4月,选取在湖北省妇幼保健院妇科行腹腔镜手术的298例患者作为调查对象,对量表进行信效度检验。结果 妇科腹腔镜术后患者舒适状况量表共包括4个维度,29个条目,量表总的Cronbach′s α系数为0.975、重测信度为0.998,总量表的内容效度指数为0.931;探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为63.783%。结论 妇科腹腔镜术后患者舒适状况量表信效度较好,可作为妇科医护人员测量腹腔镜术后患者舒适状况的评估工具,并能帮助医护人员快速识别腹腔镜术后患者的舒适状况,以制定个性化护理干预方案。Objective To develop the comfort scale for patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the general comfort questionnaire,the initial draft was formulated after letter consultation according to the Delphi method and pre-survey.Then between October 2023 and April 2024,298 patients undergoing laparoscopy in gynecology department of Hubei maternal and child health hospital were surveyed using the scale to test its reliability and validity.Results The scale developed in this study included 4 dimensions and 29 items.The Cronbach′sαand test-retest reliability were 0.975 and 0.998 respectively.The scale-content validity index was 0.931.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 63.783%.Conclusion The scale established in this study is of good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for gynecological medical staff to measure the comfort status of patients after laparoscopic surgery,so as to formulate personalized nursing plan.
