摘　　要：目的 探讨中药水罐疗法在血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取笔者所在医院骨伤科2022年2月-2023年5月收治的60例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组接受骨伤科常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行中药水罐治疗。分别于干预前及干预2周后,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)和日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopaedic association, JOA)评分对两组疼痛程度、腰椎功能和临床疗效进行评估。结果 干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(t=4.404,P<0.001),JOA评分高于对照组(t=-3.599,P=0.001),临床疗效好于对照组(Z=3.383,P=0.001)。结论 中药水罐疗法对于改善血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛及肢体功能具有显著疗效,适宜在临床护理工作中进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)potion pot in clinical nursing practice of patients with blood stasis syndrome lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with blood stasis lumbar disc herniation admitted to the orthopedics department of the author′s hospital between February 2022 and May 2023 were selected,and divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 30,according to a random number table.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with TCM potion pot treatment.Before and after 2-week treatment,the pain,lumbar function and efficacy were evaluated using the visual analogue score(VAS)and Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)evaluation treatment score.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=4.404,P<0.001),and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.599,P=0.001).Moreover,the efficacy of the former group was significantly better than the latter group(Z=3.383,P=0.001).Conclusion The TCM potion pot therapy has a significant effect on relieving pain and improving limb function in patients with blood stasis lumbar disc herniation,which is worth further promotion and application in clinical nursing practice.
