摘  要:双(双三甲基硅基)胺锌(Zn(HMDS)_(2))作为一种新型、结构简单、无需配体、低毒性的催化剂用于丙交酯的开环聚合,对拓宽其在生物领域的应用具有重要的科学意义.本研究深入探索了Zn(HMDS)_(2)催化丙交酯L-LA和D-LA开环聚合过程,探讨了聚合活性、可控性以及聚合物的结晶性能和热性能.结果表明,使用Zn(HMDS)_(2)/苯甲醇(BnOH)催化体系可以实现丙交酯单体的高效可控开环聚合反应,并且所得聚合物保持高的立构规整度,P_(m)均大于0.99.用示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析了所得聚合物的热性能,发现随着聚乳酸聚合度的增长,冷结晶温度(T_(c))、玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))、熔融温度(T_(m))都呈现一定的变化规律.As a new catalyst with simple structure,no ligands and low toxicity,bis(trimethylsilyl)amine zinc[Zn(HMDS)_(2)]has been used for ring-opening polymerization of lactide,which is of great scientific significance to expand its application in the biological field.In this work,the ring-opening polymerization of lactide L-LA and D-LA catalyzed by Zn(HMDS)_(2) was investigated,and the polymerization activity,controllability,crystallization,and the thermal properties of the polymer were discussed.The results showed that the Zn(HMDS)_(2)/BnOH catalytic system could achieve highly efficient and controllable ROP of lactide monomer,and the obtained polymers maintain high stereo-regularity with P_(m) greater than 0.99.The thermal properties of the polymer were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).It was found that the cold crystallization temperature(T_(c)),glass transition temperature(T_(g))and melting temperature(T_(m))changed regularly with the increase of polymerization degree.
